What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

Adjacent is dedicated to the health and safety of our fans, staff and artists. We will update if any safety protocols are needed as we get closer to the festival dates.

How do I place my order?

Travel Packages

  • All Adjacent Festival Travel Packages must be purchased online.  Packages go on sale 10/27 at 10am ET.  After you click On Sale 10/27 below your desired package of choice, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to purchase your tickets or travel package. You can find travel packages listed here.

VIP Packages

  • Adjacent VIP options go on sale online 10/17 at 10am ET. VIP packages go on sale here.

How will I receive my Travel Package and VIP Tickets

For Travel Packages - Tickets for travel packages are digital. Your digital tickets will be sent to your Ticketmaster account one month before the event. The Ticketmaster account email address must match the email making the purchase.

For VIP Packages - All event tickets are digital and will be sent to your Ticketmaster account.

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes and No - There are no payment plans available for VIP tickets, however there are payment plans for travel packages. Only 50% of your total package+ ticketing fees will be due at the time of purchase.

Do Travel Packages have an age limit?
+

This event is open for all ages however Travel Packages have a minimum age of 21 depending on the hotel. The hotel will require that the lead guest (the one checking in) be at least 21.

Are Kids Free?

Children 2 and under can receive free General Admission and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The travel package price listed on our website is the price for two guests, excluding fees. The VIP ticket price listed on our website is for one person, exclusive of fees.

I’m interested in a Travel Package but will have more than two people in my group. What are my options?

You are allowed to purchase a maximum of two travel packages, which will include a total of 4 tickets to every show night. One travel package will only accommodate two people.

When is check-in and check-out

All travel packages will have a check in on Saturday May 27 and a check out on Monday May 29, 2023

Check in time is usually 3 or 4 PM at each hotel. We will know closer to the date of the show if we can offer early check in based on the hotel’s availability the night before our arrival. You should not plan on being able to check in early to be safe. We will of course do whatever we can do to make your experience as seamless as possible whether or not we can offer early check in.

Where is the event and what time does it start and end each day?

The Adjacent Music Festival will take place on the Atlantic City Beach. We’re located at One Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.

Gates will open daily around noon and end each night around 11 pm.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book extra nights through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact us at contact@100xhospitality.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

How do I park at the Hotel?

Parking pricing and availability depends on your hotel. For more details, please visit the website of your travel package hotel.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100X Travel and VIP Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you email us, and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price.

Can I use my 100X package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our purchase policy for more details.

How should I make my order? Can I place my order over the phone?
+

We are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online. You should click the purchase button on our website next to the package you are interested in attending. You will then be directed to another site to make your order – the ticketing agent for VIP or Travel Packages.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program?

A designated ADA viewing area will be available at the festival.  Please direct any ADA-related ticketing questions to ADA@adjacentfestival.com.  ADA entry is located on the boardwalk near Ohio Ave.  Please note the ADA area is first come, first served.  Please note all patrons and companions must have a ticket.
